Wierd title...I know.
My sister Katie has been reading the Twilight book series by Stephanie Meyers. I was not interested when she said it involved a vampire. That's not usually my cup of tea! But I have noticed so many of my friends are fans of the books, so there must be something to it...so I borrowed Katie's book...and now I'm hooked. I've read books 1 and 2 and soon #3 and woo hooo, book 4 comes out this week! Yeah!
The movie comes out in December! Diana and I have a date for the midnight showing....any one else want to join in?!

I know exactly what you mean when you got hooked. The books are a fun read and it is easy to get sucked into the story line. Lucky you! You don't have to wait for months like the rest of us for the final book.
Funny thing is it was my Mom who introduced the books to me.

Sorry I haven't gotten you book 3 yet...this week has been crazy - I'm hoping to finish it asap! in fact, I'm heading to read right now since Gracie is resting! Then if you'd like - you can borrow book 4 when you finish book 3! YAY! I'm way excited!
P.S. Carly is seriously so cute! I know it's suppose to be a "vampire" shot, but she's still pretty cute!

OH MAN LISA!!!! We definitely need to live closer! I am a Twilight fan and would definitely love to go with you to the movie! I guess we'll have to go here the same night and pretend we are together! Tonight I just finished Stephanie Meyers other book called The Host and I LOVED it! I never knew I would like any book or movie about vampires or aliens...well done Stephanie Meyers you have changed me! :) When I was reading those books Matt would call me when he was out of town and I would try to hurry and get off the phone, I would tell him I had a date with Edward :) Loved it!
Hey Lyce- Just wanted to let you that I too am reading this Twilight Saga. I haven't read near as quick as you have. I am 3/4 the way through the first one and just purchased number two in hopes to start it very soon. It's an awesome book thus far. Can't wait to read on. Love Lyce
Yeah another adult who likes these books! I'm a little excited for the book to come out...okay VERY excited. I even went to her book signing after New Moon, but I'll stop there before I make a total idiot of myself by admitting how truly obsessed I am. :P
